Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?

For items available for immediate purchase, you may select from the following shipping services UPS or USPS. 

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days if the order is placed by 2 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am – 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Bae Caviar Skincare cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Bae Caviar Skincare control.

  • Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air—please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and Décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  
  • Orders purchased through 4Gift are eligible for Premium Express Shipping only. Once the selection has been confirmed by the gift recipient, it will be shipped to the U.S. Address designated by the gift recipient at checkout.
 
2. How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact UPS OR USPS  directly at the number listed below

1-8001 (800) 275-8777 and provide your tracking number.

3. Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby UPS or USPS location for pickup.

UPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

4. Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

  • Items purchased from the U.S. BAE CAVIAR SKINCARE website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Local Orders can be shipped to a BAE CAVIAR SALON  store for pickup requests. 
5. Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
 
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal and Amazon Pay may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
